MYBEESWAX- Business Agreement

The terms provided herein cover a variety of aspects encompassing the business agreement between you and MYBEESWAX, LLC. for use of it’s web site(s). Please read it in its entirety.

• These Standard Terms and Conditions, constitute an agreement (the "Agreement") between MyBeeswax.com LLC and the registrant identified on the Sign Up Form ("Registrant").

A. Payment: Registrant will pay MyBeeswax.com LLC the amounts specified on the Sign Up Form in accordance with the payment terms specified in such Registration Form. For purposes of this Agreement, "Listings" means any listings and promotional or informational materials for Registrant included in MyBeeswax.com LLC online search service. The listing fee paid by Registrant will be the listing fee from time of registration until termination of listing, by either Registrant and/or MyBeeswax.com. If Registrant after termination, reactivates listing it would be subject to current listing fees.

B. Terms:
Automatic Renewals

Your Participation will be automatically renewed on a monthly, or yearly basis. We will bill the monthly, or yearly Listing Fee to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew for successive monthly, or yearly subscriptions, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership, or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month, or year in order to avoid billing of the next month's, or years subscription fees to your Payment Method.

C. Professional Licenses: If your business is in an industry that requires certain licensing (such as contractors, sub-contractors, etc.) it may be required by law that you provide this information in the Credentials section of your profile page. Failure to do so may result in your profile page being de-activated until such time that this information is provided by you. It is your sole responsibility to provide this accurate information.

D. Use of Agencies: If an advertising agency is used in the placement of any Listing, Registrant and such agency will be jointly liable under the terms of this Agreement. Registrant will be solely responsible for any commission due any agency.

E. Right to Reject: Registrant agrees that MyBeeswax.com,LLC may reject any URL link embedded in any Listing.

F. Visitor Reviews and Registrant Feedback: Registrant acknowledges and agrees that visitors to Mybeeswax.com may be given the opportunity to provide reviews and/or comments relating to Registrant and its products or services; that some of such reviews and comments may be positive, while other such reviews and comments may be negative; that MyBeeswax.com does its best to screen such reviews or comments for obvious fraudulence and has the sole right to reject any such reviews or comments. Registrants are encouraged to respond to both positive, or negative reviews or comments, within the review section of Registrants listing page, in a respectful and professional manner. Under no circumstances shall MyBeeswax.com be held responsible or liable for any claims or damages arising out of any reviews or comments.

G. Trademark License: : Registrant grants MyBeeswax.com, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use or distribute Registrant trademarks, service marks and logos in the promotion amd marketing of MyBeeswax.com. Should Registrant find objectionable any use of the Registrant Marks by MyBeeswax.com, LLC then Registrant may revoke or suspend such use.

Cancellations:
You may cancel your listing with mybeeswax.com at any time and cancellation and removal of your on-line profile will take place no later than 48 hours of your notification to mybeeswax.com (see contact page). We do not provide partial refunds, or credits for any partial month, or year participation. To cancel go to “contact us” and click on billing@mybeeswax.com and provide business name and contact information.

Registrant Indemnification: Registrant represents that the Listings and all other materials provided by Registrant will not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation including, but not limited to, any law relating to false or deceptive advertising. Registrant will indemnify, defend and hold MyBeeswax.com, LLC its affiliates and the officers and representatives of each of these harmless against any and all claims, expenses, losses and costs of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by them in connection with any breach or alleged breach by Registrant of this Agreement or any actions of Registrant.

Contact with MyBeeswax.com Web site Visitors: To the extent that Registrant acquires the email address, and or other identifiable personal information of visitors to the MyBeeswax.com site, Registrant agrees to protect the privacy of the visitor according to the MyBeeswax.com online privacy policy, available at http://www.MyBeeswax.com. Registrant also agrees not to use such visitor contact information to send unsolicited bulk commercial email.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MYBEESWAX.COM, LLC ITS AFFILIATES AND THE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY OF THESE (EACH A “COVERED PARTY”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO REGISTRANT FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE CAUSED BY ANY ERRORS THAT MAY APPEAR IN ANY LISTING OR OTHER MATERIALS RELATING TO REGISTRANT OR ANY REVIEW OR FEEDBACK RELATING TO REGISTRANT SUBMITTED BY ANY VISITOR OF MYBEESWAX.COM. IN NO EVENT WILL MYBEESWAX.COM OR ANY COVERED PARTY BE LIABLE TO REGISTRANT FOR ANY DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MYBEESWAX.COM OR THE COVERED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MYBEESWAX.COM, LLC AND THE COVERED PARTIES WILL BE LIMITED TO (I) THE AMOUNT PAID TO MYBEESWAX.COM BY REGISTRANT UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE LISTINGS OR SERVICES OUT OF WHICH THE CLAIM ARISES, OR (II) (IF APPLICABLE) THE DISPLAY OF THE RELEVANT LISTING AT A LATER TIME IN A COMPARABLE POSITION, AT MYBEESWAX.COM, LLC DISCRETION.
