How do I get my business profiled on MyBeeswax.com?
Profiling your business on MyBeeswax.com is fast and easy. Just go to the sign up page and you will be taken thru a simple 3 step process.
Can I make changes to my profile after it is posted on MyBeeswax.com?
Absolutely. You can log in and make changes or updates at any time.
Am I “locked in” to any contract?
No. We operate on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at anytime. We do not issue partial refunds. Once your billing month starts,
your cancellation goes into effect at the beginning of the following billing month. You can find more information in our Business Agreement.
Will I be notified of any pricing increase?
Yes, all non-Charter Members will be notified by email of any pricing changes.
I don’t see a category for my business. What do I do?
If you don’t see a category for your business we will consider adding one. Just email us at sales@mybeeswax.com or call us at (561) 432-7340.
How many categories can I be listed in?
You can list your business in up to 3 appropriate categories, all for the same price.
I have multiple locations. Can I list them all?
You can include in your profile up to 5 business locations all for the same price. (There will be an additional charge for more than 5 locations). Google mapping will appear for each location.
Do I need to include an address in my profile?
No you don’t. You only need an address for billing purposes.
How do I make sure I show up in searches if I don’t include an address?
In your profile, add the top 5 areas your business covers to the “additional locations” section to ensure that your business will show up in those area searches
Can I hyper-link my website to my profile?
Absolutely. We encourage you to do so.
I don’t have a web-site. Can you help me build one?
Yes we can. Simply e-mail us at sales@mybeeswax.com or call us at (561) 432-7340 and one of our representatives will assist you.
The first letter of the name of my business starts with a Z. Does that mean
I will always be last on a category list?
No it doesn’t. Category search results will be randomly rotated to give equal exposure to all of our listing clients.
How do reviews/testimonials work?
MyBeeswax.com has a unique system that tries to protect against fraudulent reviews (i.e. the competition, disgruntled former employees, etc.). When you become a listing company you are encouraged to download what we call Buzz Cards. These are uniquely coded cards that you can give to your customers that ask them to go on-line to MyBeeswax.com to give an honest review of your services. We cannot guarantee a complimentary review, but at least you’ll be assured that it came from an actual customer. Also, reviews/testimonials are
subjected to screening for objectionable material and can take up to 48 hours to be posted. Finally, MyBeeswax.com reserves the right to refuse,
or remove a review that does not abide by our Visitors Agreement.
Can I reply to reviews/testimonials?
Yes, for publication in your profile, we encourage you to interact with customer reviews. You can thank them for a complimentary review, or ask them to contact you regarding
the resolution of a possible complaint. Either way, potential customers will appreciate a business that is responsive.

Banner ads appear on each category page and will rotate on each visit.

How long is each video message?
Each video message is up to 60 seconds in length.
What is included in a video message?
A video message is simply the business owner (or representative) in front of one camera delivering a message. A maximum of 4 shots (called B footage) of location will be included.
I don’t have a store front. Can I have a video message filmed at a customer’s location?
Yes you can. It would still be a one camera shot of owner and 4 B roll shots on location. You will have to get written approval from the owner of any location for its “broadcast use.”
Where will the video messages appear?
Video messages will appear in your profile plus a special section titled “Watch Bee TV” which will include all video messages.
