PRESSURE CLEANING PLUS specializes in roof cleaning but their process works just as well on any outdoor surface that requires cleaning.
Their process differs from high pressure cleaning in a few ways. High pressure uses approximately 3,000 Pounds of Pressure per square inch (PSI) using approximately 7 gallons of water per minute.
High Pressure water cleaning is using pressurized water to displace the algae and dirt.
Our low pressure system uses a two step method. The first step uses a chemical process that kills the algae. The second step rinses the surface with 45 PSI of water at 2 gallons per minute.
This process will clean your roof and does not require the technician to walk over every inch of the roof, thus reducing the potential for broken tiles.
There process includes steps to protect all surrounding plants and vegetation. They guarantee their work for 1 year. The roof should look good for up to 2.5 years.
